How Plot Pricing Works
A plot's area is simply its length times its width:
Area = Length × Width
- 20 ft × 30 ft = 600 sq ft
- 30 ft × 40 ft = 1,200 sq ft
- 40 ft × 60 ft = 2,400 sq ft
- 50 ft × 100 ft = 5,000 sq ft
The selling price is then the area times the rate per square foot:
Total Price = Plot Area × Rate per sq ft
Example
A 30 × 40 plot is 1,200 sq ft. At a rate of ₹3,000 per sq ft, the total price is ₹36,00,000 (₹36 Lakh). All calculations run in your browser — nothing is stored.
